Waft is a platform which connects you with certified transporters able to transport your objects, you define a pickup and a delivery point, your effects travel securely.

Pricing starts at a Wafter’s arrival and distance covered. But, do not worry, Waft is less expensive than anywhere else.

When you order only one Wafter you might have to help if some objects are either too heavy or bulky to carry alone (our Wafters are still humans even if they are strong). You can always order 2 Wafters, in this case you won’t have to lift a finger

Usually our Wafters are available 7/7 between 8am until 9pm. If no Wafters are available you can ask for next day delivery.

If you order a Wafter on the same day, and depending on traffic in big cities, we recommend you to anticipate an average of 1 hour even though our Wafters usually arrives earlier. We’ll let you know once the latter will be close to you. For a future booking the Wafter will be right at your doorstep ready to help.

You can stay home and relax, you will be notified once a Wafter is close.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer cross-border deliveries, our services are available to London and its surburbs.

Of course! Our Wafters are also here to help moving your furnitures between your home and your cellar.

All our payments are done securely through our app, no need for cash. We verify your credit card once you request a Waft and charge it only once the delivery is complete. We use Stripe payment gateway as other companies such as: Lyft, Foursquare, Shopify, Instacart etc.

A tip is always nice, you are not obliged to however it will certainly please our Wafter. After some movings, our Wafters can always enjoy a beer.

Of course ! Once you booked we recommend our users to interact with our Wafters if they think they omitted or need to pass on more info before the d day (Parking, lift, access, etc)

Yes you can the Wafter ask for help, however he/she is not entitled to accept as it is not in the scope of their mission.

For insurrance reasons as a passenger we do not recommend this.

All our Wafters have a face to face interview and have blank police sheet. People who wishes to join Waft we indulge them to follow a practice before they can go on mission
